Meet Our Volunteer Board

Traci Donnelly’s personal journey fuels her passion for creating lasting change in the lives of children and families facing financial hardship. Born addicted to drugs, Traci’s early life was shaped by her mother’s addiction and the absence of a support system. Her mother, mentally impaired and self-medicating with drugs, resorted to using Traci as a means of earning money, leaving her vulnerable to abuse. Traci spent her early years in and out of the foster system and was adopted three times.

Throughout her childhood, she faced further hardships that might have been avoided if her parents hadn’t been forced to work multiple jobs just to make a living wage. These experiences left a lasting impact on Traci and shaped her mission to support families in similar situations.

As an adult, Traci is dedicated to breaking cycles and preventing children from experiencing the same traumas she faced. Through her leadership at Santa Delivers, she works tirelessly to provide a support system for families with low or fixed incomes, offering assistance that can prevent financial desperation and ensure children thrive in safe, stable environments.

Brittany Rattray understands the challenges of growing up in a home marked by financial hardship and instability. Raised in a low-income family, she witnessed the devastating impact of addiction and the lack of support that left her without the resources and opportunities every child deserves. Despite these struggles, Brittany persevered and emerged as a resilient and compassionate mother and caregiver.

As a mother of four, Brittany is dedicated to breaking the cycles of addiction, poverty, and food insecurity by fostering a stable, nurturing environment for her children. Her life experiences have ignited her passion for joining our board to help other families facing similar challenges, providing them with the care, support, and resources she wished she had as a child.

Through her role on the Santa Delivers board, Brittany is committed to ensuring that families in need are not only heard and treated with dignity but also equipped with the tools to overcome their difficulties and create brighter futures. Her mission is to empower others to break free from the cycles of addiction, poverty, and adversity, just as she has, and to create lasting change for the next generation.

Troy Donnelly’s dedication to Santa Delivers is deeply personal, shaped by his own experience growing up in a low-income family, where his single mother often relied on the kindness of others. Wanting to give back, Troy helped start Santa Delivers to support families in need, just as his own was supported. With a strong background in business, having managed several companies and owned his own restaurant, Troy brings valuable financial expertise to his role as Treasurer. Currently, he is establishing a handyman business, which will help cover our operational costs and support the long-term sustainability of our organization. He has been our main Santa since 2016 and to this day we have parents and kids who have been inspired to follow in his spirit of giving and engagement with their own community.
